Non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or modifications, 100% of the reservation total will be charged at the time of booking and no refund will be granted in case of no show or early departures.

*Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival, if cancelled in the 24 hours before arrival or in case of no show, 100% of the reservation total will be charged.

  • Grand Deluxe Balcony

*Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival, if cancelled in the 24 hours before arrival or in case of no show, 100% of the reservation total will be charged.

CONDITIONS

  • If the client does not show up he will have to pay the total price.

  • Reservations can be modified 2 days before your arrival; Any of these changes is subject to availability.

  • If there is any doubt about this or you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please contact us before making your reservation.

  • There is no refund for early departures, nor will there be in cases known as no show (when the traveler does not appear on the confirmed arrival date).

  • In case of hurricane or natural phenomenon announced by the state government in which we were obliged to evacuate the facilities of Elements Tulum Boutique Hotel, the nights not occupied by the client will be refunded because of said event and in the case of reservations to arrive will refund 100% of the payment. For other types of events that prevent the client from reaching Elements Tulum Boutique Hotel from your place of origin, no refund will be made, a credit will be applied for a future reservation.
